A well-regarded law firm located in Manchester is seeking a skilled PI Audit and Compliance Executive to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough file audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Analyse performance and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage reporting and accountability for high-risk profile cases to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with the firm's systems and protocols. Implement measures to reduce risk exposure and uphold quality standards.
  • Analyse data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of current processes and identify opportunities for enhancement. Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations for senior management to support decision-making.
  • Utilise the Proclaim case management system to streamline audit processes, track compliance activities, and maintain accurate records. Prior experience with Proclaim is advantageous.

Requirements:

  • Possess a strong background in mixed Personal Injury (PI) cases with several years of experience as a Fee Earner. Experience in file audits or compliance roles is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate strong research and analytical abilities to perform in-depth file audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
  • Qualified solicitors or legal executives are welcomed to apply, although not mandatory. Any experience in auditing is advantageous.
