Excellent opportunity to join a growing, successful financial services practice as a Corporate Administrator / Legal Assistant (Paralegal) based in the heart of the West End in London, a short walk from Bond Street and Oxford Circus stations.

  • Corporate Administrator / Legal Assistant (Paralegal)
  • Salary:£35,000 - £45,000
  • Benefits: 25 days annual leave / Performance-based annual bonus
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • 5 days in the office ideally, however potential of working 4 days in office, 1 day WFH

Job Description:

  • Managing statutory filings with Companies House.
  • Drafting various corporate documents such as dividends, changes to representation, engagement letters, indemnities, and loan agreements.
  • Preparing meeting agendas and minutes; attending meetings as necessary.
  • Completing internal checklists accurately.
  • Maintaining corporate registers for our clients.
  • Updating the company's document management system.
  • Proofreading and reviewing legal/corporate correspondence.
  • Reviewing NDAs, loan agreements, etc., and conducting compliance checks on involved parties.
  • Staying updated on legislative changes and preparing internal reports accordingly.
  • Managing and filing enquiries, emails, and correspondence for the legal and corporate department.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Corporate Manager.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised and reliable, with excellent multitasking abilities.
