Our client, a leading international US Firm, is seeking a Legal Assistant with a minimum of 1 years’ experience, ideally in Corporate Law, although other areas will be considered, to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is the ideal role for a Legal Assistant with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a fast-paced firm to join a leading firm in their field, working with Lawyers across the business to provide a high and reliable level of support within the London office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting correspondence and documentation under Lawyer supervision
  • Assisting with due diligence matters
  • Assist Lawyers and transaction working groups at financial printers
  • Revising, proofreading and distributing draft agreements and other documents
  • Coordinating files
  • Preparing drafts of clients bills and other documentation
  • Conducting factual research

Key Experience:

  • Degreeeducated - a degree in Law is advantageous although not essential
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar Legal Assistant role
  • Corporate experience is advantageous although not essential
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Able to use your initiative
  • High level of written and verbal communication
  • Keen interest in and understanding of the Law
