Property Legal Assistant - Berkshire (office based) - c£27k + Benefits

We’re working with a long-established Property Management company who form part of a larger, global property and residential services group.

With a portfolio of over twenty thousands currently under management (within this part of the group alone) they now seek a Property Legal Assistant as follows:

  • Office based in Berkshire (close to Wokingham) working Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch (free parking on site)
  • Dealing with all aspects of leasehold property legal matters, from LPE1 sales packs to Notice of Transfers, change of ownership, license to alter, company secretarial matters and certificates of compliance
  • Liaising in-house with property managers and accounts teams as well as externally with solicitors, residents and freeholders.
  • Legal background required, additional training provided in post

In addition to a starting basic salary around £27,500 the successful Legal Assistant can expect 23 days leave (plus bank holidays, extra days at Christmas and the ability to purchase more if required) plus benefits including pension and electric car salary sacrifice scheme.
