Job Vacancy: Legal Administrator/Secretary
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid Working Available after training is completed)
Contract: 2 months as a minimum, with the potential to be permanent for the right candidate

I am recruiting for a Legal Administrator to join our clients Disease department in Glasgow city centre. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience within the legal sector, who is looking for a new role.

  • After training you will be 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
  • Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 8:45 - 4:45 and Friday 8:45 - 4:15
  • The salary will range from £24,000 - £27,000 depending on experience for the right candidate

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to the wider team
  • Audio typing
  • Assisting with document preparation and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Communicating with clients and other stakeholders professionally and efficiently
  • Supporting with Diary management and checking court dates
  • Drafting documents and letters

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
