Here at Long-Term Teachers we are working closely with an Infant and Junior school in the BS9 area of Bristol who are seeking a range of LSA’s to join their dedicated team as soon as possible.

This School Trust can offer a supportive and friendly environment, providing professional development opportunities for yourself but also a rich and inspiring curriculum for the children to develop and have high expectations for themselves.

The Role

This trust is looking for multiple candidates to join their school.

There are full-time and part-time opportunities where you will work across the 2 sites to support children with needs associated with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and Social difficulties.

The Head Teacher is looking for someone who is flexible and resourceful, someone who can adapt lessons and activities to meet the needs of individual students.

You will be expected to:

  • Strong positive behaviour management strategies.

  • Work collaboratively with Class Teachers across the school.

  • Be flexible and encouraging when working with this pupil.

  • Be adaptable with the child’s learning environment.

  • Communicate and observe personal and learning development.

  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to feel comfortable.



Working with Long-term Teachers:
