Learning Support Assistant

MILK Education are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work on a long-term basis starting as soon as possible and running until the end of July 2024. This role is working 5 x full days per week Monday to Friday 08:30 am- 16:00 pm.You will be working across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing support to pupils who struggle to engage or access the mainstream curriculum.

You will be required to lead small groups of pupils and be confident working with both learning and behavioural difficulties. 
The role is to start as soon as possible until the end of the academic year.

Applicants will need to possess:

· Experience of working with pupils in a school or similar setting
· The ability to develop positive relationships with staff and students alike
· Strong behaviour management skills
