Learning Support Assistant - Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), your pivotal role involves transforming the educational experience for students with special educational needs (SEN). Your primary responsibilities include customising personalised support, cultivating an inclusive learning atmosphere, and adjusting resources based on EHCPs and IEPs, all directed towards ensuring the success of each student.
