Learning support assistant

Supply Desk is currently recruiting for a rural secondary schools, who are committed to delivering a high standard of education and developing a supportive and collaborative staff body.
We are looking for motivated teaching assistants who are either looking to gain experience or who are looking for work to fit around their lifestyle and with daily supply this makes this possible as you will visit various schools and it’s great for trialling new schools to find the right environment for you to find your dream job.
To be considered for this role you will be:
preferably have a degree.
have some experiance as a TA (without a degree)
Inspirational and creative in your approach to learning, applying real life experience into lessons
Committed to developing pupils to reach their full potential
Team focussed, with a desire to create an effective and collaborative working community
Ready to be called for work each day
Willing to travel up to 1 hour maximum
