Upto £33k basic, £55k OTE, uncapped thereafter for above target performance

If yes, then look no further!  As an organisation we pride ourselves on delivering robust training programmes across a range of professional sectors.  To help grow our learner base we are looking for Sales Learning Solutions Partners to build and manage a portfolio of clients.

About the role

The Sales Learning Solutions Partner is a proactive business development, sales and engagement role.  Focused on delivering revenue and growth targets across a range of Babington’s product portfolio, supporting employers and learners to Develop Better Futures.

This role is all about consultative selling and building meaningful relationships with clients. Your success will come from identifying new clients/employers within a defined market industry sector and/or geography, of all sizes, cultivating relationships, and developing sales opportunities across our portfolio of learning solutions, including funded apprenticeships and commercial professional qualifications.

About you

You would have experience in commercial sales, recruitment or marketing where lead generation, cultivation and conversion are key.  You’ll have a successful, consultative selling approach gained from a Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Customer (B2C) environment. 

You’ll thrive in a target driven commercial environment where delivering a high level of service and satisfaction is the norm.  You will enjoy working collaboratively in teams whilst also being a highly motivated self-starter.
