Work Experience Mentor - Greater Manchester

£21,226 per annum

Term Time Only (38 weeks)

Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm

Responsibilities;

Supporting learners in the workplace.

Working with employers to create a full and nurturing working and learning environment

Promoting work skills and independence

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with young people with additional needs
  • BASE, Careers and Job Coach training or experience is
  • Understanding of supported internship, EHCPs and high needs
  • Understanding of barriers to learning
  • Maths & English GCSE or equivalent
