Learning & Development Partner (FTC) - York - £40000 p.a

A fantastic company are seeking to hire a Learning & Development Partner on a contract basis for 6 months. The position is available on a hybrid working basis. 

You will be responsible for managing a small L&D team, allocation of work and ensuring that that training programs are delivery effectively to budget and provide feedback analysis on the courses. You will additionally be required to deliver L&D training to internal stakeholders and support the L&D Manager in their absence. 

The successful applicant will be a CIPD or equivalent certified coach with experience of staff development and the preparation delivering of presentations.
