The Global Brands Learning & Development team sits within HR and works closely with the business in the UK, US and Hong Kong to design and deliver a broad learning agenda to enable people to grow the skills, knowledge and behaviours they need to deliver our ambitious business plans.
This role offers an excellent development opportunity for a highly motivates individual to join their team and to play a fundamental role in delivering their learning and development plan.
*Support Learning & Development training programs by:
osetting up and scheduling new workshops
omanaging delegate and supplier communication
oresponding to queries in the mailbox
oproviding course administration in the learning platform
omanaging rosters and tracking responses
*Provide support for large scale learning events including logistics, planning and liaison with venues and delegate management to ensure smooth delivery
*Induction coordination - weekly and monthly new starter communications
*Liaison with new and existing training suppliers, including set up of new training suppliers in procurement system
*Day to day administrative support including budget tracking, reporting and PO management. Liaising with the Finance team on PO and invoice queries
*Provide administration support for the Global Brands learning platform, including providing access to new users and responding to queries
What you'll bring
*Strong organisational and administrative skills, attention to detail and time management skills
*Flexibility and adaptability with an ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines in a busy, fast-paced environment
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Passion for identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement, including ideas to automate manual processes
*Strong problem solving skills with proven ability to work under own initiative
*Ability to communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including business leaders, delegates and training partners
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel
*IT proficient and confident learning new systems - previous experience using people data systems preferred
