Learning and Development Coordinator 12 Month FTC

talentdesk is urgently seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator for a client based in South Cambridge. As L&D Coordinator, you will be responsible for supplying support and advice to our client’s employees, including training, programming, and administration. Your responsibilities will include:

-Answering L&D queries from staff, managers, and fellow members of the HR team

-Booking rooms, managing databases, and recording attendance for training programmes

-Planning and facilitating training and leadership development programmes from start to finish, ensuring every stage of the process is completed promptly and correctly

-Managing feedback and evaluation systems, reviewing staff development plans and materials as necessary

-Liaising with external training providers, the recruitment team, and apprenticeship providers

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Training Coordinator, with excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus. You will have previous administration experience, be able to work in a busy environment, and remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate must be IT literate, including full knowledge of the MS Office suite and experience using e-learning systems.
