Job Title: Learner Engagement Coordinator

Location: Birkenhead – office based

Salary: £28,000 - £29,500 (Depending on skills and experience) + Benefits

Type: Full Time, 6-month FTC

An exciting opportunity awaits a motivated and engaging individual who is looking to support the wider community and lower unemployment rates.

The Role:
  • Carry out learner engagement and attraction activities to promote the benefits of our clients employability training programme, and converting leads into enrolments.
  • Establish relationships with referral agencies such as the Job centre, stakeholders and building strong links in the community to attract potential learners.
  • Prepare and deliver engagement sessions, Face to face presentations, workshops and seminars.
  • Overcome barriers and objection handling.
  • Ensure all stakeholder and referral activity is logged on the CRM system, processing any referrals within a timely manner through to JCP eligibility checks
  • Complete documentation accurately, ensuring that all paperwork meets compliance standards.
  • Attend networking events and maintain relationships with learners
  • Monitor the impact of programme referral channels and identify any area for improvement.
  • Completing all necessary paperwork in line with compliance and quality standards, maintaining contact database and ensure accurate records. 

Essential Criteria:
  • Must have experience of developing and leveraging employer / key stakeholder relationships.
  • Must have experience of working in a performance target driven role.
  • Must be IT literate.
  • Hold own GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C or above.
