Leadership & Management Development Consultant

I am working with a Government body who are hiring a Leadership & Management Development Consultant to join their team.

Hybrid working - Chelmsford (2 days a week in the office)

6 Month Contract

This role will translate current and future leadership and management development needs at all levels to support the Government body in becoming more agile and aligned with the future strategy. You will have a robust understanding of current and future leadership and management capabilities requirements, with the practical ability to design and deliver forward thinking innovative leadership and management programmes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of leadership and management development solutions (ensuring they are future-focused, relevant, innovative and cost effective)
• responsible for externally procuring the design and delivery of specific programs
• Deliver the agreed solutions (events, coaching, workshops, meetings)
• Support the talent development strategy
• Develop collaborative approaches to strengthen the management team across multiple key partnerships

Your Experience:

• Stakeholder management
• Technical experience within Leadership and Management Development Strategies
• Experience Designing and applying impactful leadership programs
• Coaching qualification - desirable
• practical experience in learning and business needs consulting.
