Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the fabrication process of windows and doors to ensure top-quality products are produced
• Lead and manage a team of fabricators, providing guidance and support to meet production targets
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure materials are available for production
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
