The Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead/Senior Unreal Developer to join our team. In this role, you'll lead a talented development team, shaping our engineering culture and driving excellence in development processes. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimizing simulation software, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and artists.
Required Skills
- Proficient in C++ coding principles with 4+ years of experience
- Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine 4/5
- Ideally 5+ years of experience in gaming or real-time simulation development
- Ability to manage development engineers and mentor junior team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience with data architecture integration
- Knowledge of human performance data
- Customer-facing experience
- Background in gaming, simulation, aerospace, or defense
