Are you an experienced Property Surveyor looking to step into a leadership role? A Social Housing provider are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the Surveying Team as Lead Property Surveyor. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals in supporting vibrant and thriving communities

Responsibilities: As the Lead Property Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Property Surveyors and support staff. Your key duties will include:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to the surveyor team
  • Conducting building surveys and repair diagnoses
  • Ensuring service excellence and continuous improvement within the team
  • Implementing pragmatic solutions to property-related challenges
  • Upholding health and safety standards, including asbestos regulations
  • Demonstrating outstanding communication skills and IT literacy

Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience and qualifications in building surveying
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Genuine passion for making a positive impact on customers and communities
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation, including asbestos regulations
  • Excellent communication skills and IT proficiency
