As a Lead Backend (PHP) Developer, you'll collaborate with a talented team, taking charge of product development while working directly with the CTO. Personality traits crucial for success in this role include a penchant for leadership, a knack for shouldering responsibilities, and a passion for both architectural design and hands-on coding. The ideal candidate will spearhead projects, guide the team, and engage in client interactions with finesse.

Requirements:
  • +5 years experience with PHP and either Laravel or Symfony
  • A demonstrated history of leading teams and shaping project direction.
  • Proficiency in Restful API design.
  • Experience with e-commerce systems, payment processing, and cloud-based hosting is a definite plus.
