Location: Bridgend, Wales (Flexible Hybrid)

Package: Up to £60,000 Gross Per Annum

Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent

Are you passionate about high quality code and leading an ambitious team?

What about an opportunity to join a key player in the digital media security industry?

With a goal of delivering and integrating state-of-the-art digital content security solutions, this major player has been collaborating with blue-chip media and entertainment companies to protect their digital media assets across Hollywood!

Being established in the media security market; they are looking to grow their department with a Lead Developer to head a fantastic engineering team working on world class security software across a global client base.

You would play a key role in the design, development and testing release phases of the software whilst taking on the leadership of ambitious engineers taking into the account new product development milestones and timelines.

Here you would also have an opportunity to select new technologies to further enhance the software product and work with cloud native technical stack whilst mentoring the team in best code practices.

To be successful in this role, you have:

  • Experience in leadership and growth of software teams
  • Excellent background in Java
  • Experience with cloud-native applications
  • Project Management experience or qualification
