Lead IT Support Engineer

Role: Lead IT Support Engineer aka Senior IT Support Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, 3rd Line Support, 2nd Line Support  

Location: Skegness – Onsite Mon-Fri (8am-4:30pm) with potential flexibility to work from home once you have your feet under the table. 

Salary: £32k-£37k base salary plus bonus and benefits

What you will bring to the table:

• Previous experience in an IT Support Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer role supporting hardware, Software and networks.
• A strong knowledge of Cyber Security including FortiGate firewalls etc.
• Experience with technologies such as Windows server, AD, VMware virtualization, Microsoft 365, Veeam server backup and restore
• Any experience of HP Nimble storage administration would be beneficial
• You will be leading the internal IT Support team, therefore if you have any experience in this area that would be great, but it is not essential as we are keen for people to learn in the role.
• Any experience in a manufacturing environment would be great.
• Microsoft certifications would be great, but again…not essential.
