An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead Generator to join a friendly, thriving business that is pushing for growth having undergone structural changes in the latter half of 2017. The role will involve making outbound calls from a prospect database to generate quotes for in-house sales agents.This will then be a live handover for a desk- based sales agent or, for the larger premiums it will be setting an appointment for an account executive to visit the prospect. There is a clear structure for development within the organisation from lead generation to desk based sales and then for the right candidate, an executive position.
The successful candidate will be focussed, motivated and keen to progress. Full training will be given and all telephone activity is backed by a full e mail marketing campaign. Outbound telesales and appointment setting experience is essential, insurance knowledge preferred.
