Hours: 12pm - 8pm (Mon - Thurs)
11am - 7pm (Fri)
Our client (a leading right-to-buy mortgage specialist) is experiencing continued success and growth which has created opportunities for self motivated and results driven sales advisors to make that next career move.
Purpose of job
The role of the Sales Advisor is to qualify potential clients who require mortgage reviews, to complete mini Fact Finds with customers and to book appointments for a team of Field Sales Advisors.
Duties and responsibilities
You will be required to make telephone calls to contacts on a specified database using a power dialler.
You will be required to identify potential clients who wish to remortgage or to buy their local authority home. In addition you be required to follow-up leads.
Once a potential customer is identified, you will book an appointment for a Field Sales Advisor, confirming with the customer the night before.
This is a targeted role (based on the number of appointments) where good earning potential is on offer
Current outbound sales experience (eg: telesales/telemarketing/ call centre sales)
Good questioning / negotiation skills
Resilient & have a real desire to succeed
Target / results driven
A can do attitude
Excellent communication skills
