Lead Finance Analyst

Leicester, 1 - 2 days on-site

Up to £60,000

The Company:

Joining a growing retailer and reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be working across the Finance Department to provide actionable insights and deliver high-quality analysis.

The Role:

As the Lead Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for:

- Managing a team of 6 Analysts so prior experience leading a team is required!

- Providing actionable insights for the Finance department

- Innovating and automating processes where possible

- Working with large volumes of data

Skills/Requirements:

- SQL experience

- Power BI / Tableau experience

- Mentoring/Coaching experience

- Data bricks (desired)

2nd Stage - Cultural fit and conversation
