Lead Engineer O365 - Bath - Hybrid Working 

Reed Technology are delighted to be working with a highly regarded Bath based organisation, with their search for a Lead/ Principal O365 Engineer to join their team

This is a pivotal role for the organisation shaping and changing the technology services provided across the business. Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure & Applications, this role is an integral part of the leadership team, providing strategic direction for the broader Delivery & Operations function and will have line management responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in shaping, implementing and in the adoption of changes to organisations  operating model or organisational structures
• Provide leadership and team management, under a matrix structurecontinuous improvement, and embedding best practices, processes, and methods.
• Ensure operational IT Service Delivery, aligning services with agreed-upon service levels, standards, and policies.
• Service delivery, project and budget management

The successful candidate will have experecne within:

• Experienced team lead/ management who can demonstrate project/service delivery
• Windows Server, all versions including core 
• Exchange, SharePoint and Azure AD
• Power Platform Management
• PowerShell and Bash  Scripting
