Lead Data Migration Analyst – 3 Year FTC

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Lead Data Migration Analyst to join their team no a 3 Year Fixed-Term Contract.

You will be responsible for heading up and leading activities to achieve a successful migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion. You will work closely the wider IT team, including IT management.

Lead Data Migration Analyst – Key Skills:

• Demonstrable experience in the delivery of IT projects that utilise a range of development methods and approaches (e.g. Agile, Iterative, Waterfall)
• Demonstrable experience of delivering programmes in a matrix management organisation
• Demonstrable experience of data reconciliation and reconciling migrated data with Oracle EBS and Fusion data structures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Extensive knowledge of Relational Data Models (conceptual, logical and physical data models), Dimensional Data Models, Database design, Data Dictionary and Metadata
• Extensive techno-functional knowledge of data management, custom systems development, data modelling, conversion and systems integration using various methodologies and frameworks
• Knowledge of a variety of software development methods (e.g. Agile, Iterative, Waterfall)
• Able to communicate effectively and appropriately with senior management, external partners and with people at all levels across the business
