Position: Lead Building Services Engineer

Location: Bristol

Duration: Permanent

Salary; From £40,000 to £44,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experienced Lead Building Services Engineer for a full time position based in the Bristol area.

This position will be supporting the regional contracts manager in dealing with engineer and site support.

The right person for this position will already have a strong working background in commercial building services maintenance. They will have experience as a lead engineer or be ready for their step up into a lead role. They need to have experience in supervising engineers as well as being able to conduct on site risk assessments, health and safety and compliance management. They will also be willing to keep working on the tools when needed.

This person must come from a strong commercial building services background, holding a minimum of a level 2 mechanical or electrical qualification. It would be an advantage if this person held 2391 test and inspect.  

Requirements

  • Strong working background in commercial building services maintenance
  • Must be holding a minimum of a level 2 qualification (building services)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Must have experience in conducting risk assessment, health and safety reports etc.
  • Happy to cover support on the tools.
  • Experience as a lead engineer is preferred.
  • Based in or around the Bristol area.
