Position: Lead Build Building Service Engineer

Location: Cambridgeshire

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £40,000 to £42,000 plus travel time and bonus

We are looking for an experienced Lead Building Services Engineer to support and work alongside an existing team of building services engineer across the Cambridgeshire area.

This engineer will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance within commercial sites as well as supporting the contract managers and engineers with compliance, risk assessments and health and safety requirements for each sites as well as providing technical support to other engineers.

The right person for this position will have worked as a lead engineer or are looking to take the next step up within their career.

This engineer needs to have a strong working background in commercial building services maintenance as well as being very client focus and supportive to other engineers

Requirements

  • Strong working background in building services maintenance
  • Must be holding a minimum of a level 2 qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures
  • Based in a short commute or within the Cambridgeshire area
  • Willing and able to support other engineers
