An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Claims Handler with a proven background in regularly handling large and complex claims, typically upwards of £500k, across Casualty and/or Motor claims.

The Large Loss Claims Handler position will be working for one of our closest clients in Manchester, a Norwegian insurance company who entered the UK market in 2015 and have seen fantastic growth in the business over the past 8 years.

Our client is based in lovely offices in Spinningfields in Manchester City Centre and truly pride themselves on their culture and company values of being Credible, Open, Bold and Committed.

As Large Loss Claims Handler, you will be responsible for proactively supporting clients throughout the claims process with high value Motor and Casualty claims ensuring an outstanding level of service is provided whilst reaching a satisfactory outcome.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in regularly handling claims of a large nature, typically upwards of £500k.
  • A good background and knowledge across Casualty and/or Motor claims, with both being fantastic.
  • Excellent communication skills are vital, as well as ability to deliver an outstanding service to all clients.
  • It is key that you are organised and able to manage your time effectively.
