Contracts Manager
Hard Landscaping
Devon

This new role in a very successful business will see you at the forefront of some incredible projects.

No two days will be the same in this busy role, so if you like variety, then this could be the job for you.

The role is incredibly varied, so know you might not be an expert in every single element of that. But that's ok. There is plenty of training and support within the business to utilise.

What's the job?
You'll see yourself managing a team of 10 and managing projects from estimating through to build completion.

One day, you'll be out on-site visits, meeting clients and quoting costs.

The next day, you'll be sourcing and purchasing stock.

The next, you'll be out on site managing the team through installations.

On top of this, you'll be in production meetings with the directors of the business, and actively involved in any new recruitment.

I meant it when I said no two days would be the same.

What's do I need?
This role will see you managing both hard and soft landscaping projects. There's someone in the team who is an expert in soft landscaping, so we're looking for you to have your expertise in hard landscaping.

You'll have good communication skills, from managing your team, to dealing with suppliers, to managing customers.
You'll need a driving licence, and it'd be great if you have your CSCS card.

What's next?
For an informal chat, please call me, Sarah on , email , or message me on LinkedIn. Don't worry if your CV isn't up to date, just send what you have already, and we can sort the rest later.
