Role Overview:
As our Landscape Architect, you will be at the forefront of transforming urban landscapes. Your expertise in CAD efficiency and landscaping will drive impactful projects. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients, you’ll create harmonious outdoor environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Planning: Develop landscape designs, considering aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
- CAD Efficiency: Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) to create precise plans and visualizations.
- Project Management: Oversee project implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Site Analysis: Assess site conditions, soil quality, and environmental factors.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, local authorities, and contractors.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape architecture, preferably in diverse sectors.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
- Creativity: Ability to balance aesthetics with practicality.
- Location: Based in London or willing to relocate.
