Duties will include;
-Researching and identify land opportunities
-Appraising land opportunities and making bids for sites
-Visiting the sites to assess them
-Maintain positive relationships, with Agent, land owners, house builders
-Managing planning applications
-Have financial KPIs to meet - Target to acquire land for certain amount of homes per year
-Autonomy to make bids, subject to contract and board approval process
This will include JV’S, land led, Strategic Land & Section 106 schemes to deliver homes for rent (subsidised rent & market rent), shared ownership and market sale.
Candidates should have experience in land management/ the acquisition of land, knowledge and understanding of the residential development process, and strong negotiating skills.
