Our client, a well-regarded property firm, is seeking a Land Assistant to support their Land Director in day-to-day operations. They manage Land transactions of all shapes and sizes from small individual plots, to large strategic development opportunities.

No prior experience is required, just enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Some knowledge of property or land would be helpful, but full training will be given.
The ideal candidate would be organised, driven and have a keen eye for detail. Initially, the role will entail supporting the Land Director with administrative work, sourcing sites, arranging access and site visits, and shadowing the Land Director whilst you learn with a view to gradually take on more responsibilities and to soon be able to source and secure your own deals to grow within the company and become a Land Manager.
