Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistant
Location: Hertford, Hertfordshire
Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:15 PM, Monday to Friday
Start Date:Monday 15th April
Contract: Ongoing

The Role: As a Full-Time Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students across various year groups. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities and lessons.
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who may require additional assistance.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Helping to plan and prepare engaging learning resources.
- Encouraging students to reach their full potential and build confidence.
- Promoting positive behaviour and fostering a safe and respectful atmosphere in the classroom.
