We have an excellent opportunity for a Korean Speaking CS Process Operations Manager to join our client, a large global brand based in Chertsey. In this role you will be responsible for standard process support and implementation, risk monitoring and strategy development.

Korean Speaking CS Process Operations Manager responsibilities

• Service tracking process mapping and development of documentation to propose process improvements to Warranty Process Projects
• European CS policy and process development and documentation and guide and release new service policy and process updates
• Warranty policy/process documentation
• Supporting the resolution of issues for subsidiary counterparts
• Warranty Operation Report (i.e. Service cost report etc)

Korean Speaking CS Process Operations Manager key competencies
• Advanced Excel skills
• Billingual in Korean and English language (written and spoken)
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
• Good client facing and communication skills to all levels of management
• Business process mapping skills and ability to define process improvement documentations
