We are currently recruiting a Kitchen Manager for a weddings and events property in North Wales.

This establishment caters for weddings and events up to 100, also serves dinner in thew restaurant 2 nights a week and is a destination popular for afternoon tea.

As Kitchen Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen operation as well as planning weddings and events with a variety of customers. Duties will include staff training and development of a small team, ensuring your department meets food hygiene and safety regulation, and working within budgetary requirements.

This property prides itself in attention to detail and alongside that the ethos for nose to tail cooking is strong in the hearts of the management team. A kitchen garden is being developed to grow many of the season ingredients needed to provide a season yet diverse menu.
