My client school is a two-form entry, Catholic primary school based in Birmingham. They are now actively looking to recruit a qualified teacher on a permanent basis to join one of their classes in Key Stage One from September. They are open to offers from experienced and newly qualified teachers.
The school is a two form entry Catholic school with an ethos firmly based around providing each and every pupil with a sound education. The school have worked hard in developing strong links between parents, teachers and pupils that has helped strength their community feel.
As a qualified Key Stage One class teacher you will be responsible for the attainment and development of your class and delivering the curriculum. You will be passionate about teaching and committed to ensuring that the pupils in your care are given every opportunity to achieve their potential. You will be tasked with creating a warm, caring environment so that children enjoy coming to school and enjoy learning.
The school has a diverse population with pupils of all abilities, including a percentage with special educational needs. All staff at the school work hard to ensure that their pupils are given every opportunity to excel. Senior Management has high expectations of themselves and their staff, and you will immerse yourself in a culture of excellence. You will be supported by the year group leader and the senior management, whilst in the classroom support will be provided in the form of an experienced Teaching Assistant.
You will be an engaging teacher, able to inspire and motivate your pupils to achieve. You will be supported by the Key Stage 1 co-ordinator and the current class teachers, all experienced members of staff. Expectations of staff are high and you will be committed and passionate about teaching, dedicated to getting the best out of your charges.
