Key Accounts Manager

Red Recruitment is recruiting a Key Accounts Manager to join our client an IT provider that delivers IT support and services to clients. This role is in Bristol but does require you to travel. The salary for this position is £50,000 per annum and includes many benefits including a car allowance, annual pay review and discretionary annual bonus.

• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities of a Key Accounts Manager:

• Developing strong relationships with clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
• Reporting on account performance as well as recommending IT solutions for businesses
• Reviewing client review meetings with key stakeholders and producing and managing client IT strategies and position products
• Supporting clients with new projects and opportunities
• Understanding client's businesses and how IT services can drive their business forward, enabling growth

Key Skills and Experience of a Key Accounts Manager:

• 3-years' experience in a similar client-facing role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple clients
• Previous experience in positioning products and services
• Ambitious, approachable, and flexible are key skills required
