Sales Manager

Location: Aylesbury

Full-time | £55,000 – £65,000 + Benefits

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for pharmaceuticals and medical devices? We’re seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our growing team and lead strategic client relationships across the globe. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders: wholesalers, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare providers
  • Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities across the region
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and terms
  • Oversee procurement and sourcing of medicines and medical devices, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams (regulatory, marketing, supply chain) to ensure seamless operations
  • Deliver regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic insights to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales and procurement in the Middle East
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chains and regulatory frameworks
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (preferred)
