Our client is a leading and trusted accounting organisation, providing best value, expert services to over 100,000 contractors.

Due to business success and growth they are now searching for passionate and driven candidates to join their organisation as Key Account Managers!

Role:

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company, their offering and the market they operate within in order to have detailed conversations with customers
• Proactively perform prospect outreach, booking meetings for BDMs and working with accounts to ask for referrals
• Building relationships with prospects to encourage contractor referrals via phone, emails, social media and occasional face to face meetings
• Proactively develop relationships with agencies so that more businesses recommend our services within them
• Work in partnership with your aligned BDM and act as a point of contact when BDM is out of the office
• Grow and develop existing client accounts, ensuring excellent client relationships

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level
• Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
• Team player, with equal ability to work independently
