Location: Crawley (Hybrid after 3 months)

Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE) + Full Training + Excellent Benefits

Hours: Full-time | 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

Type: Hybrid (After 3 months)

About the Role:

My client, a Chartered Financial Planning firm, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their client support team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 2 years’ experience in a financial planning environment as an IFA admin or Junior/Trainee Paraplanner who’s ready to take the next step in their career.

Whether you're looking to grow into a paraplanner role or eventually become a Client Support Manager, this role offers a clear development path, full training, and support with qualifications.

You’ll work closely with Financial Planners, Client Support Managers, and Administrators to deliver high-quality financial planning services to high-net-worth UK clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analysing client needs and developing cash flow models
  • Support the construction of financial planning solutions across investments, pensions, tax, and estate planning
  • Prepare recommendation reports and client letters, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Help with client reviews, performance analysis, and updating financial models
  • Liaise with clients via phone, email, and in meetings to build strong relationships
  • Coordinate with administrators to ensure smooth processing of applications
  • Collaborate with external professionals (e.g. solicitors, accountants) to implement advice

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a financial planning firm (ideally with HNW UK clients)
  • Recent experience as an IFA Administrator or Junior or Trainee Paraplanner
  • Understanding of the financial planning process
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Willingness to work towards Diploma Level 4 (company-funded)
