Desirable technical skills:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Some experience in in SQL, HTML or CSS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing configuration changes to our software applications, with a focus on our Financial Services systems.
• Collaborating effectively with various business units to develop requirements documentation and obtain approvals from business owners.
• Planning and delivering configuration changes within agreed-upon deadlines.
• Performing tasks such as template creation, new/edited data fields, Pages Customization, Rules Engine Management, Workflows, and Callflows.
• Conducting thorough analysis, impact assessments, design, development, and rigorous testing of configuration changes./
• Ensuring that all configuration changes adhere to company standards and the agreed delivery framework.
• Proactively recommending configuration improvements to enhance system efficiency.
• Actively participating in projects as required.
