We are actively looking to secure a talented and motivated Junior Developer to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Developer who has some hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD. This role will be responsible for configuring and customizing ServiceNow HRSD to meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements
  • Design, develop, and test custom solutions on the ServiceNow HRSD platform
  • Configure and maintain HR case management, knowledge management, and other HRSD modules
  • Develop integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other enterprise systems
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow HRSD implementations
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow platform updates and new features

Key Requirements:

  • Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
  • Experience with ServiceNow development tools, including workflows, business rules, and scripts
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus
  • Experience or knowledge of ITAM is a plus
