Junior Service Delivery Manager / Analyst Hybrid Working

Your new role
Junior Service Delivery Manager required to work with automotive client via consultancy
You will be working with a Senior Service Manager, alongside an existing Service Operations team who are looking to imbed ITIL best practices and move the team towards becoming a service operations centre of excellence.

What you'll need to succeed
- ITIL V3/4 foundation certficied or have very good working knowledge of ITIL ITIL V3/4 foundation certficied or have very good working knowledge of ITIL
- Stakeholder Management experience

- 3rd party supplier management and service operations skills

What you'll get in return
£315 per day (inside IR35)
