Junior Sales Representative - Full training - LONDON

£25,000 - £35,000 + commission

As a Junior Sales Representative in the Lighting Industry, you will embark on an exciting journey to develop your skills and knowledge in the dynamic world of lighting solutions. Working closely with experienced lighting sales professionals, you will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training, gaining exposure to various aspects of the industry.

You will be mentored by senior managers and your induction will be tailored to suit your needs and will incorporate ongoing product training, CAD work, sales training, presentation and negotiation skills, design software, calculations and quotations. As you progress you will be involved in site visits with the sales team to London based lighting designers, promoting the product range together with the service and sales support

Embarking on a clearly defined career path requires dedication, commitment and a desire to achieve. The ideal candidate will be recent graduate with these attributes in abundance, a burning desire to succeed in sales, open to training and development and able to thrive within a close knit team. You should be enthusiastic, a team player, socially adept, a good communicator at all levels. You should be a quick learner with good maths skills, a problem solver with competent IT skills. Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus. Familiarity with lighting systems or electrical installations is advantageous. Ideal background would be someone in electrical/ lighting sales now or a graduate in Design/ Architecture or similar having completed a lighting module
