Junior Sales Person

Here at Impact Recruitment we are hiring a Sales Representative for one of our clients who are a leading distribution company within their industry. They are looking to transition away from the traditional sales approach and evolve as a digital organisation contacting and visiting customers virtually.

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (DoE)

Hours: 8am - 4:30pm

Location: Northampton

Job Description:

The successful candidates will be happy to be on the phone speaking to clients and prospective clients to upsell and educate about the companies products. You will support with the organisation of visits for the director to see customers and prospective customers to discuss, understand, solve problems, and showcase products.

Responsibilities:

· Contacting customers.

· Analysing customer dashboards.

· Being proactive and searching for new opportunities.

· Using our CRM and ERP system to identify leads.

· Showcasing a range of products virtually.

Requirements:

· A track record of pro-actively working in an office.

· Expertise in customer service.

· An inquisitive and problem-solving approach.

· Excellent communicator to build relationships with customers.

· Ability to self-manage your week while maintaining high productivity levels.
