Junior Pre-Sales Consultant - £30-40k (Print) - Berkshire / Hybrid
Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and insights related to print solutions.
Work closely with sales and technical teams, to contribute to the development of tailored print solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:-
Technical Assessment: Conduct a thorough analysis of client requirements related to print solutions, including print infrastructure, document management systems, and related technologies.
Solution Development: Collaborate with the sales team to design tailored print solutions that address client needs and challenges, leveraging technical expertise and industry knowledge.
Proposal Creation: Assist in the creation of detailed proposals and presentations outlining the recommended print solutions, including features, benefits, and potential ROI for the client.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the capabilities and advantages of recommended print solutions.
Client Consultation: Provide advice and consultation to clients on print technology trends, best practices, and emerging solutions to help them make informed decisions.
Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including solution architectures, diagrams, and implementation plans, to support the sales process and ensure smooth implementation.
Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with print technology vendors to stay updated on product developments, pricing, and promotions, ensuring access to the latest information and resources.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments in the print technology space to identify new opportunities and potential areas for innovation.
Experience & Skills:-
A strong understanding of print technologies, including printers, copiers, scanners, and document management systems.
Familiarity with print-related software solutions such as print management software, workflow automation tools, and document security systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in a pre-sales or technical sales support role would be a distinct advantage.
Flexible & reliable with a strong work ethic.
