New Opportunity! - Junior Land Manager.

Utility scale projects and joint ventures in onshore wind and solar.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Dependent on Experience.

Edinburgh/Perth/Cromarty offices with hybrid working available.

Piper Maddox are working with a highly specialist developer of onshore wind and solar technology who have been well established in the market for over eight years. Having built a team of close to 40, this company are looking to expand their in-house capabilities in delivering utility scale renewable energy projects. With close to a GW in confirmed pipeline, this is a hugely exciting time of growth for the team!

This company have in-house functions across engineering, and development - creating a highly collaborative atmosphere where everyone's opinions and methods are valued and taken into consideration. If you are looking for a role where you will directly be able to contribute to strategic discussions and learn from senior members of the team - this would be a great fit!

The Junior Land Manager role would include:

> Supporting on site and land sourcing/identification.

> Negotiating commercial land matters (servitudes, wayleaves, option agreements).

> Managing landowner engagement and relationships through the project lifecycle.

> Growth into managing your own sites as you develop in the role.

This would be a great opportunity for someone seeking a role in a smaller company where you have more of a chance to develop your own methods rather than a larger corporate structure. While renewable energy experience is valued, transferrable skills are also very important!
