Our client, a London based Wealth Management firm with a Financial Planning division, is looking for a Junior Financial Planner to join the team.

For the first twelve months, you would be shadowing an experienced consultant who, during that time, would mentor you and gradually pass clients across. Clients are generally high net worth and tend to have in excess of £250K funds under management, and there is no shortage. After twelve months, the successful recruit will be 'fully fledged’ responsible for their own client bank. This would suit somebody in the early stages of their Financial Planning career, who is looking to join a firm where they can progress quickly.

The firm itself is expanding which naturally leads to excellent career prospects for the right person going forward. There is also opportunity to buy into the business and to be a shareholder. Once up and running, there is hybrid working on offer with a requirement to go to the London office 2-3 times per week, although during the induction period you would need to be in the office full time.

To be considered, it is essential that you hold the full CII Financial Planning Diploma qualification and that you have had some client exposure in an advice environment. It is also important that culture is aligned - the firm believes in true Financial Planning, sustainable investment and proactive investment management.

Basic salary goes up to £50K, depending on experience, with opportunity to earn bonus on top.
